Sixers Seek Offensive Improvements Ahead of Bulls Visit
By CEDTyClea

The Philadelphia 76ers have won eight of their first ten games, but Joel Embiid noted that the team still shows unevenness when handling the ball. The concerns were highlighted by a 119-95 loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers on Friday, prompting the Sixers to aim for better performance when they travel to Chicago on Sunday. "We’ve got a long way to go," Embiid said. "Especially our half‑court offense; it just feels like everything is, like, crowded, so we’ve just got to find a way to get advantages. Try to get a few easy ones for each other." He added that "every action just ends in a jump shot." Philadelphia finished the game shooting 36.5% from the floor, including 10 of 40 from beyond the arc. Jaylen Brown scored 20 points and VJ Edgecombe added 19 for the Sixers. — Reuters
