Ramayana: Part 1 Secures Over 250,000 Advance Bookings Ahead of November 5 Release

With the advance sales of Ramayana: Part 1 now open, PVR INOX Limited’s Executive Director Sanjeev Kumar Bijli shared the film’s strong performance. "The response to Ramayana has been very encouraging, with advance bookings crossing 2.5 lakh tickets across the PVR INOX circuit," Bijli said in a statement to the press. He added that the film’s opening during a six‑day festive window is well timed, as families traditionally gather and cinema becomes a natural part of celebrations. "Given the story’s deep cultural connect and appeal across generations, we believe Ramayana has the potential to draw audiences in large numbers and contribute meaningfully to the festive box office," he said. The film, directed by Nitesh Tiwari and written with Shridhar Raghavan, is produced by Namit Malhotra and Yash. Ranbir Kapoor, Sai Pallavi and Yash star as Rama, Sita and Ravana respectively.}
