Paul, 28, has put his modern Boca Raton mansion on the market for $2.8 million. He bought the property in 2023 for $2.5 million, so a sale at the asking price could yield a $300,000 profit before taxes and expenses. The five‑bedroom, 5.5‑bathroom home covers more than 3,000 square feet on a 0.23‑acre lot. Built in 2023, it features a gourmet kitchen, a detached guesthouse, a resort‑style pool and spa, and large sliding doors that bring natural light into the home and connect indoor spaces with the outdoors.
Lorenze has listed her Connecticut house for $2.49 million, slightly above the $2.4 million she paid in 2024. The 5,000‑square‑foot house sits on 2.14 acres and includes four bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, a swimming pool and several living spaces. Located about 60 miles from Manhattan, it can serve as a weekend retreat or a full‑time residence.
