Mediagarh Awards Four Employees New Cars for Diwali

Four employees of Jodhpur‑based education marketing agency Mediagarh received brand‑new cars as part of the company’s Diwali celebrations. The gifts, presented during the annual event Sneh Milan 3.0 at Hotel Madhuram Royale in Jodhpur on Friday, included two Tata Tiagos, a Hyundai i20 and a Tata Harrier, according to The Economic Times. Mediagarh has a tradition of rewarding employees with cars during its Diwali celebrations, starting with one vehicle in its first year and two the next. In the latest edition, the company increased the number to four to recognise employees for their work and contribution to the organisation.

The recipients were from different departments: Web Developer Pranjal Mathur and Lead UI/UX Designer Aman Usmani each received a Tata Tiago; Senior Account Manager Mehak Lalwani received a Hyundai i20; and Project Manager Nitin Sisodiya received a Tata Harrier. The car presentations were a highlight of the gathering, which was attended by employees and their families. Lalwani, who delivered the inaugural address, was surprised when her name was announced as a recipient.

Mediagarh’s celebrations drew more than 250 attendees, including over 100 employees from its Jodhpur, Jaipur and Bengaluru offices and their family members. In addition to the cars, the company distributed Diwali gift hampers to employees across departments and presented 30 awards—15 silver and 15 gold—for employee performance. Founder Pankaj Budhwani said the decision to reward four employees with cars reflected the company’s appreciation of their sustained hard work and commitment. Co‑founder Vanshika Agarwal highlighted the importance of celebrating festivals with employees and their families to strengthen workplace relationships.

Other companies have also chosen high‑value gifts for the festive season. A Delhi‑based firm reportedly gave iPhone 16 smartphones to its staff, while MITS Healthcare in Panchkula gifted four Kia Sonet SUVs and had distributed 51 cars in 2025. Skincare company Fixderma gave cash rewards and travel accessories to about 700 employees, and NoBroker planned Diwali hampers worth around ₹4,000 for nearly 250 outsourced employees. Info Edge’s employee hampers included Philips steam irons, apples, dry fruits, LED candles and ladoos, while Kohler’s 2025 hamper featured a 20‑gram silver bar, an air fryer and a coffee machine.
