The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) is expected to release the RRB Group D Admit Card 2026 today for candidates appearing in the Level 1 Computer Based Test (CBT) under Centralised Employment Notice (CEN) 09/2025. The hall ticket for candidates scheduled to appear in the first phase of the examination on August 3, 2026, will be available through the official candidate login portal.
Around 58 lakh candidates are expected to participate in the RRB Group D Level 1 CBT examination, which will be conducted from August 3 to August 25, 2026, across multiple shifts. The examination will be held for 16 days in three shifts, with timings scheduled from 8:30 am to 10:00 am, 11:30 am to 1:00 pm, and 2:30 pm to 4:00 pm.
The exam dates include August 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, and 25, 2026. The city intimation slip has already been released from July 24 onwards for candidates appearing in the initial examination dates.
RRB Group D Admit Card Download Link and Login Details
The RRB Group D Admit Card 2026 download link will be activated on the official candidate portal at rrb.digialm.com. Candidates can access their hall ticket by entering their Registration Number and Date of Birth or password.
The admit card will include important examination details such as the candidate’s name, roll number, exam centre address, reporting time, shift timing and other instructions. The hall ticket will be available only in online mode and will not be sent through post or email.
Candidates are advised to check all details mentioned on the admit card after downloading it. Any discrepancy should be reported to the concerned RRB authorities before the examination date.

- Step 4: Complete the captcha verification, if required

- Step 6: Download the PDF and take a printout for examination use
Candidates must carry a printed copy of the admit card along with a valid photo identity proof to the examination centre. Acceptable identity proofs include Aadhar card, driving licence, passport, voter ID, or any other government-issued photo identification.
RRB Group D Recruitment 2026 Details
The recruitment process is being conducted for 32,438 Level 1 posts, including Pointsman, Assistant, Track Maintainer, Assistant Loco Shed, Assistant Operations and Assistant TL and AC positions. These positions fall under Pay Level 1 of the 7th Central Pay Commission.
Candidates who completed their applications between January 31 and March 9 under CEN 09/2025 will be eligible to download the admit card. The selection process includes CBT, Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Document Verification and Medical Examination.
Important Instructions for Candidates
Candidates appearing for the August 3 examination will receive their admit cards on July 31, 2026, while admit card release dates for later examination schedules will follow the three-day gap before the respective exam date. The admit card will be released four days before each exam date as per the official schedule.
The RRB has emphasised that candidates should reach the examination centre well before the reporting time mentioned on the admit card. Late entry will not be permitted under any circumstances.
Candidates are also advised to familiarise themselves with the examination centre location in advance to avoid any last-minute confusion on the day of the exam. The city intimation slip, which was released earlier, provides details about the exam city, allowing candidates to plan their travel and accommodation accordingly.
