Liverpool have named a heavily rotated starting lineup for their Carabao Cup third-round match against Tottenham Hotspur this evening, with defender Joe Gomez making his first appearance of the season after recovering from injury.

Manager Andoni Iraola has made ten changes to the side that drew with Fulham over the weekend, with Ronald Araujo the only player retaining his place in the starting XI.

The Liverpool lineup features Mamardashvili in goal, alongside Gomez, Kerkez, Mac Allister, Gakpo, Frimpong, Araujo, Nyoni, McConnell, Koumas and Ngumoha.

Available substitutes include Alisson, Endo, Jacquet, Szoboszlai, Isak, Munoz, Barcola, Gravenberch and Chambers.
