Loughborough University Resolves Website Issue Linked to Bonnie Blue Explicit Content

Loughborough University has addressed an issue that saw links to explicit content involving adult performer Bonnie Blue appear on its official website over the weekend. Several pages surfaced on the university's site, which seemed to redirect users to pornographic material when found through Google search results. One page was titled "Bonnie Blue 1000 People Video – Full Footage," with a description claiming to offer access to private clips. Another page linked to additional videos from the same event, while a third page posed a question about Bonnie Blue's identity. The Tab was the first to notify the university about the presence of these links on Monday morning, after which the institution launched an investigation. Loughborough University confirmed that its website had not been hacked. Instead, a spokesperson attributed the issue to a problem with a third-party service provider. "We have been investigating an issue affecting services provided by a third-party provider. There is no evidence that our website itself has been hacked and the issue has now been resolved," the university stated. The controversy relates to Bonnie Blue's widely publicized claim from January 2025, in which she said she had slept with 1,057 men in a single day. The event was originally intended to be filmed for OnlyFans and YouTube, but footage was later removed from both platforms, and Bonnie Blue was subsequently banned from OnlyFans. In a later development, Channel 4 aired a documentary titled "1000 Men and Me: The Bonnie Blue Story" six months after the event, which included some footage from the day along with behind-the-scenes material.
