Divit Auluck’s Cremation Held in Jalandhar After Fatal Road Accident

The cremation of 18‑year‑old Divit Auluck, son of Dinesh Auluck, owner of Speed Records, will take place in Jalandhar on Tuesday. Divit, who was also the nephew of rapper Honey Singh, died in a road accident early on November 1. The vehicle he and his friend Aarav Talwar were traveling in collided with a parked Municipal Corporation garbage trolley on a flyover near the Police Lines area, leaving the car badly mangled. The crash also raised questions about the trolley’s presence on the flyover and the lack of proper reflective warning markers. Honey Singh arrived in the city on Monday to offer condolences. Punjabi singers and actors Gippy Grewal, Binnu Dhillon, Shehnaz Gill, Sargun Mehta, Amrit Mann and others have visited the Auluck home to express their sorrow. Social media posts from Honey Singh, Jazzy B, Neeru Bajwa and other industry figures have also conveyed messages of condolence to Dinesh and Babita Auluck. The last rites of Aarav Talwar, son of the owner of Pappi Sweets, were conducted on Sunday. Divit’s family had been awaiting the arrival of his brother from Canada before performing the final rites. The incident has deeply affected the Punjabi music industry, with many artists sharing photographs and memories of the teenager. Dinesh Auluck, Managing Director of Speed Records, has been involved in digital and OTT ventures such as Chaupal and Pitara TV, and Speed Records has worked with major Punjabi music names including Diljit Dosanjh, Honey Singh, Karan Aujla, Sharry Mann and Satinder Sartaaj.
