By Sports desk

Getafe CF will host Sevilla FC in the 11th round of the 2026/2027 Spanish LaLiga season on Sunday, November 1, 2026, at the Coliseum stadium in Getafe. The match starts at 14:00 local time. Getafe, managed by José Bordalás, are looking to climb out of the lower part of the table, while Sevilla, under Luis García Plaza, aim to stay in touch with clubs competing for European qualification.

Sevilla sit in sixth place with 14 points from nine matches, having won four, drawn two, and lost three, scoring 14 goals and conceding 16. Getafe are 15th with eight points from eight games, having won two, drawn two, and lost four, scoring four and conceding ten.

Getafe’s style is built on defensive discipline, aggressive duels, and limiting opponents’ space, while Sevilla have shown attacking variety but struggle with defensive stability. Key players for Getafe include captain Djené Dakonam, goalkeeper David Soria, midfielder Ramón Terrats, and forwards Borja Mayoral, Enes Ünal, and Martin Satriano. Sevilla’s attack is led by Isaac Romero, Robbie Ure, and Félix Correia, with midfield support from Lucien Agoumé and Gabriel Suazo.

Recent results show Getafe’s struggles to score: they have scored only four goals in eight league matches and have failed to score in their last three home meetings against Sevilla. Sevilla have won three of the last five league encounters, with the most recent match on 22 February 2026 ending 1–0 in favour of Sevilla.

The Coliseum, opened in 1998, holds 16,500 spectators and features a 105 × 70 m pitch. The stadium is undergoing renovation work, which may affect access to certain stands. The venue is located at Avenida Teresa de Calcuta, s/n, 28903 Getafe. Public transport options include the Los Espartales‑Coliseum metro station (Line 12), El Casar and Las Margaritas‑Universidad Cercanías stations, and bus routes 443, 448, and 488.

Tickets should be secured in advance, especially for specific sections or adjacent seats, as renovation work may alter available seating. The match is expected to feature a physical contest, with Getafe seeking to impose their compact style and Sevilla aiming to exploit their attacking play.
