The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE)<\/strong> has announced the cancellation of Class 10 board examinations<\/strong> scheduled until March 11, 2026<\/strong>, for schools located in several West Asian countries<\/strong>. The decision comes amid growing concerns over safety due to the ongoing conflict in the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to official information, the cancelled exams apply to CBSE-affiliated schools in countries including Bahrain, Iran, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates<\/strong>. The board said the decision was taken after reviewing the situation and prioritising the safety and well-being of students and staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The cancellation affects Class 10 examinations scheduled between March 7 and March 11<\/strong>, along with earlier exams that had already been postponed due to the same situation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CBSE has clarified that the method for evaluating and declaring results for affected students will be announced separately<\/strong> at a later stage.
